Takin' Care of Business was founded in 2015 by Jonas and Niklas. Our main focus is the music industry, and we work with some of the biggest Danish promoters and artists. We produce 500+ shows every year, from small club shows to Stadium shows and world-wide tours. We have five people in the office and often 100+ people working in the field. 

We try to take good care of the people working with us, providing safety equipment, hospitality, insurance, etc., to ensure you and our customers always have a successful day.

BOOKING PROCESS

- STEP BY STEP 


STEP 1

TENDER PUSH MESSAGE / E-MAIL


- You will get a REQUEST or a TENDER email when we need a crew for a job.

Please note that this is a request, not a confirmation!


STEP 2

When you receive this message or e-mail, you can let us know if you are available.


STEP 3

On your DASHBOARD in the CrewBrain App, you can see all the shows you have signed up for and their status.


PLEASE NOTE

"JOB CONFIRMED" is the overall job status.

It's NOT a confirmation that YOU are confirmed.  


Step 4

You will receive a message as soon as we have handled the job. If you are booked, the status on the right-hand side will change from:

AVAILABLE to BOOKED.


This is the confirmation of you is BOOKED for this job.


FULLY BOOKED


When a job is fully booked, the color of the job name will change to GREEN. You can still sign up, but you will be on a waiting list.

At some point in the process, we might cancel the waiting list, and you will be notified that we have withdrawn our request.    


CANCEL YOUR AVAILABILITY

You can change your availability in the app up to seven (7) days before a shift. After that, you need to contact us via crew@tcob.biz

When you are logging in to Crewbrain, you will have to type in:


- tcob.crewbrain.com

- username (sent by email)

- Password (sent by email)

How to accept a job in Crewbrain:


There are a few simple steps to accept a job:


- Go to the dashboard

- Click on "My Requests"

- Click on the job you have been offered

- Click on "Requested"

- Select the shift you will apply for

- You have now made yourself available for this job.

 

The request is moved to "My Jobs," and then you have to wait for our office to assign you a job.

When confirmed for a job:


When you are confirmed (or rejected) for a job, you will receive an email and/or push message.


- Go to the dashboard

- If confirmed, the status is now green, and changed from "Available" to "Booked"

Notifications


If you feel you receive too many notifications you can easily adjust how many and how to receive. I can be done in the app (or tcob.crewbrain.com). 

- Go to "More" (icon with 3 dots)

- Select "My Account"

- Scroll down to notifications

- Adjust

- When done, don't forget to save. You wil find a "Save" icon in the top right cover
